Circa 1870's, a fine quality button style Victorian Black Onyx brooch mounted with a delightful starred 18ct Gold design studded with lustrous Natural Pearls and a single bright hand faceted Diamond. The chunky Onyx is faceted to the edge in a subdued but beautiful ornament. 

Measures 3cm across and fastens with a traditional 'C' clasp.
